How do I know which service applies to my problem?
A single slow drain points to the Single-Drain Clearing visit. A toilet that won't stop running or flushes weakly falls under Cistern Service. If you want to replace fittings in the kitchen and bathroom at the same time, the Coordinated Refit covers both rooms in one appointment. If you are still unsure, call us and we will ask a couple of questions to narrow it down.
How soon can a technician visit?
For drain clearing and cistern service, we typically arrange visits within one to two working days. The Coordinated Refit involves fixtures that may need to be sourced, so we usually confirm a time within three to four days after discussing the fittings you prefer.
Are the stated prices final, or can they change on the day?
The published rates cover standard work within that service scope. If the technician discovers a secondary issue — for example a cracked pipe behind the wall — we will describe the additional work and cost before proceeding. You decide whether to continue.
Do I need to supply any materials or tools?
Not for drain clearing or cistern service — the technician brings all tools and common replacement parts. For the Coordinated Refit, we discuss fixture preferences with you before the visit so the right items are brought along.

What payment methods do you accept?
